Sobriety Plan Class
This class is designed for newcomers to the SAA® recovery program and for those from other SAA® recovery fellowships who are unfamiliar with the concept of a Sobriety Plan. This class covers the Addiction-Shame Cycle and the elementary tools that make up a Sobriety Plan. The material presented on this page supports the discussion and work done during the weekly Sobriety Plan Class Meeting. This same material is used during the Getting Started track at our Step Retreats.
